PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve route search considering individual state of roads in an area near a POI (point of interest). SOLUTION: A sensor device 2 includes a travel history DB 212 accumulating travel history data of a probe car 6. The sensor device 2 determines a POI located near a final reach point of the probe car for each accumulated travel history data; determines a POI entrance point based on travel history routes leading to the POI, and a route which is selected most often by the probe 6, as a POI entrance route, based on the travel history routes leading to the POI from the POI entrance point; and stores the POI entrance point and the POI entrance route in association with POI in a POI entrance route DB 239. Meanwhile, a car navigation device 3 obtains a POI entrance point and a POI entrance route corresponding to a destination POI from the center device 2; determines a minimum cost route from a current position to the POI entrance point; and connects the minimum cost route and the POI entrance route obtained from the center device 2 to provide a recommended route.
