PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration sensor mounting structure preventing a collision of a flying stone and submergence while being simple in configuration and facilitating maintenance work. SOLUTION: The oxygen concentration sensor mounting structure for mounting an oxygen concentration sensor 62 to an exhaust pipe 56 bent and extending toward the rear of a vehicle 10 after extending in a direction away from a cylinder 34 from an exhaust port 54 of a cylinder 34 of an internal combustion engine 32 mounted to the vehicle 10, is configured to mount the oxygen concentration sensor 62 to the upper portion of the exhaust pipe 56 in a position surrounded by the cylinder 34 and the exhaust pipe 56.
