PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether or not the data rate of baseband signals to transmit to a communication device is within a sampling rate of the communication device in advance. SOLUTION: A mobile communication device-testing system tests a communication device 1 which is used for a mobile communication device that transmits or receives RF signals to or from a base station and generates RF signals that are modulated with baseband signals. The mobile communication device-testing system includes a frame transmission time calculator 13a which determines whether or not the data rate of baseband signals included in transmission frames that are transmitted to the communication device 1 is within a sampling rate of the communication device 1 in advance; a frame-receiving time calculator 14a; and a time comparator 15a.
