PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane switch wherein its structure is simple and manufacturing cost is inexpensive and it hardly has a malfunction, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the membrane switch wherein it is formed by an upper board layer forming a carbon ink layer on one surface of a film 1 and a lower board layer forming a carbon ink layer on one surface of the film 1 and the upper board layer and the lower board layer are pasted via a spacer so as to make surfaces of the carbon ink layer face each other, a film of the upper board layer and a film of the lower board layer are formed by a sheet of the film 1, and one sheet of the film 1 is piled up by bending around a bent line as the symmetrical axis.
