PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil supply device of an internal combustion engine capable of suitably preventing air from being sucked by an oil pump. SOLUTION: This lubricating oil supply device 40 of an internal combustion engine 10 includes an oil pan 41, an oil pump 43, a supply passage 42 for supplying the lubricating oil discharged by the oil pump 43 to each lubrication portion of the engine 10, and a hydraulic pressure control mechanism 50 for controlling the hydraulic pressure of the supply passage 42. The hydraulic pressure control mechanism 50 changes over a relief pressure PX for relieving the lubricating oil of the supply passage 42 to a predetermined portion between a low pressure side first relief pressure P1 and a high pressure side second relief pressure P2. Then, the hydraulic pressure control mechanism determines whether the level L of oil in the oil pan 41 is lower than a determination value LX or not, and when the result of determination that the oil level is lower than the determination value is obtained, the relief pressure PX is set to the first relief pressure P1 based on that result.
