PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate regeneration by a cooling fan even in case that a grill is blocked by an opening and closing type grill mechanism. SOLUTION: The vehicle includes the opening and closing type grill mechanism 3, the radiator 2 and the cooling fan device 1 for the radiator. An outside air introducing port 61 is provided in a floor plate 6 of an engine room. When the opening and closing type grill mechanism 3 is blocked and the vehicle speed exceeds a predetermined speed, travelling air introduced from the outside air introducing port 61 to the engine room is blown to the cooling fan 41 to regenerate by changing the angle of the cooling fan 41 by an angle change mechanism.
