PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing insufficient filling in formation of a shoe bottom in shoes in which the strength of the toe is enhanced by installation of a cover. SOLUTION: In the shoes including a shoe bottom and an upper body provided on the shoe bottom, the upper body includes an outer cover covering the instep and the circumference thereof except the toe, an inner cover attached to the inner surface of the outer cover and formed to cover at least the toe; a rubber or synthetic resin cover body covering the surface of the toe of the inner cover; an insole forming the bottom surface of the upper body, the cover body being attached to the top end part of the outer cover and having an inwardly bent piece of a predetermined width at the lower end; and a towing means for towing the bent piece inwardly while housing a toe protector between the cover body and the inner cover.
