PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the condition thereof, since a starting condition of thinning-out control is unclear, though the thinning-out control is adopted for preventing unintentional starting, when a rear wheel is grounded when a main stand rises. SOLUTION: This starting restraining device starts the thinning-out control for setting an engine speed of an engine to a clutch-in rotating speed or less by thinning-out of fuel injection (S23), when throttle opening is larger than a reference value (S21) and the engine speed of the engine is the clutch-in rotating speed or more (S12), when the main stand rises (S11).
