PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist sauna apparatus, satisfying user's desire to bathe in hot water jetted like a mist in a short waiting time after the user gives a start command for mist operation, while restraining unpleasantness to the user due to jetting of low-temperature hot water from a mist nozzle. SOLUTION: When a command for a preliminary operation is given by a preliminary operation command means, the preliminary operation processing for operating a heating means 29 in the state where conduction state switching means 28, 37, 38 are switched to the stop state of stopping the supply of hot water to the mist nozzles 11 is performed, and in the state of performing the preliminary operation processing based on a command of the preliminary operation command means, when a start command for mist operation is given by a mist operation command means, the mist operation processing for switching the conduction state switching means to the supply state of supplying hot water to the mist nozzle 11 is performed whether the mist jet enabling condition is satisfied or not.
