PURPOSE: An LED package for efficiently radiating heat from a lamp, an LED heat radiating device, and an LED socket using the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by integrating the LED package and the LED heat radiating device with a driving circuit. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of heat radiation fins(131) are vertically formed on one side of a heat sink(130). A plurality of through holes(132) are integrated with a space between the heat radiation fins. A PCB(120) is installed on one side of the heat sink. An insulator(103) is formed between a metal pin(104) and the through hole of the heat sink. An LED package(100) is installed on other side of the heat sink.
