PURPOSE: A carotenoid cleavage enzyme 7 gene promoter and an expression vector containing the same are provided to specifically induce expression in a duct. CONSTITUTION: An AtCcd7 promoter for inducing vascular-specific expression contains a nucleotide of sequence number 1. A recombinant vector for inducing constitutive expression contains the AtCcd7 promoter. The vector is pBGWFS7-PAtCcd7 vector(KACC-95099P). A transgenic plant is prepared by transforming a plant with cells transformed by the vector.
