<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and promptly change a parameter of material, without performing re-recording or control from a controller of a host system, even if a parameter of an audio channel or the like is changed. <P>SOLUTION: A sending out server includes: a storage means 51 for storing material; and a control means 52 which makes the storage means 51 store material.
