<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, in a game configured such that a user aims to achieve a target, the decrease in feeling of tension (feeling of tension about whether or not the target can be achieved) to be experienced by the user. <P>SOLUTION: A target output control section (68) causes, after a game has started, a target which a user needs to achieve in the game to be output.
