<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal and a shared-folder connection method, such that a user can readily share a folder without having to make access settings. <P>SOLUTION: A retrieval unit 102 retrieves a mobile machine 200 located within a predetermined range from a mobile machine 100, and an acquisition unit 103 acquires an identification ID of the retrieved mobile machine 200. Then a permission table 106 stores the identification ID of the mobile machine 200 acquired by the acquisition unit 103. A permission unit 109, once receiving an access request to access a shared folder from the mobile machine 200 having the identification ID stored in the permission table 106, allows the access request.
