<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a membrane electrode assembly capable of jointing mutually certainly an electrolyte membrane, a catalyst layer, and a diffusion layer by preventing breakage of the diffusion layer. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is provided with a process in which an anode electrode 6 is formed one face in thickness direction of an electrolyte membrane 5 in which an anion component can move and a cathode electrode 7 is formed on the other face in thickness direction, a process in which the electrolyte membrane 5 formed with the anode electrode 6 and the cathode electrode 7 is pressurized in thickness direction, and a process in which the anode side diffusion layer 8 is laminated so as to cover the anode electrode 6 and the cathode side diffusion layer 9 is laminated so as to cover the cathode electrode 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
