<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate layer coating liquid for a lithographic printing plate precursor, the coating liquid maintaining satisfactory printing durability and, at the same time, achieving preferable stain prevention property, even when preserved for a long period of time under sever conditions, to provide a method of manufacturing lithographic printing plate precursor and a lithographic printing plate precursor using the intermediate layer coating liquid. <P>SOLUTION: In the intermediate layer coating liquid for the lithographic printing plate precursor having the intermediate layer and an image recording layer in the order, the intermediate layer coating liquid contains a compound represented by the formula (I) and a compound having at least one kind of aluminum support-adsorptive functional group.
