PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive contact holder that can ensure setting of the position of a contact with high precision while simplifying the manufacturing. SOLUTION: A holder 2 partly supported by an arm 5 is formed with a metal reinforcement material 6 and a synthetic resin holder hole forming member 7 filled in openings 6a provided in the reinforcement material, wherein holder holes 8 for conductive contacts 3 are formed in the holder hole forming member, and a pair of needle bodies 11, 12 and springs 10 are accepted by the holder holes to form a both end projection type conductive contacts, whereby since the base metal of the holder can be considered as metal, the strength thereof is higher than that of an integral object formed of a synthetic resin material 9, and such an event that a dimensional change occurs due to, for example, a temperature variation in inspection (inspection under high temperatures) and the variation thereof with elapse of time due to residual working deformation can be easily suppressed, a variation in pitch of the holder holes can be suppressed to maintain the accuracy, and stable inspection can be performed for a long period.
