PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet capable of suppressing water-vapor permeability, and a discharge amount of carbon dioxide without reducing hydrolysis resistance, and suitable from the viewpoint of environmental protection. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet includes, on a base material, an intermediate layer, a colored and/or pattern layer, and a surface protective layer. The base material is made of a polylactic acid resin, the intermediate layer is made of a polypropylene resin, and the surface protective layer is made of a crosslinked and solidified resin layer.
