PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator electrode integrated element for a capacitor which has a low internal resistance and is excellent in denseness, and to provide the capacitor made up using the element. SOLUTION: In the separator electrode integrated element for the capacitor which is made up by integrally joining a separator layer to a surface of an electrode, at least a part of the separator is composed of minute cellulose made up by depolymerization treatment.
