PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple optical axis photoelectric sensor, a projector, and a light receiver, capable of recognizing an indicating lamp with economy regardless of a mounted state. SOLUTION: First indicating lamps (16, 23) and second indicating lamps (15, 24) are disposed in either a projector 10 or a light receiver 11. The multiple optical axis photoelectric sensor includes: the first indicating lamps (16, 23) disposed in a side on a dangerous region R1 (a first region) with an optical axis 13 interposed therebetween and displaying a predetermined state of the multiple optical axis photoelectric sensor 1; the second indicating lamps (15, 24) disposed in a side on a non-dangerous region R2 (a second region) with an optical axis 13 interposed therebetween and displaying a predetermined state of the multiple optical axis photoelectric sensor 1; and a lighting control means for changing the lighting mode of the first indicating lamps (16, 23) and the second indicating lamps (15, 24).
