PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure pump from which water drains easily even if water intrudes therein. SOLUTION: In this negative pressure pump, a pump-out hole 64 is formed parallel to the axis of a rotor so as to face the lowermost position of a rotor chamber in which the rotor is stored, an out groove 65 is formed from the outlet of the pump-out hole 64 downward in the direction orthogonal to the axis of the rotor, and the lower end of the out-groove 65 is joined to a discharge chamber 97. Consequently, even if water intrudes into the rotor chamber 51, the water is discharged through the pump-out hole 64 and the out-groove 65 without leaving the water. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
