PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system and a data processing method which reduce a load on a host server. SOLUTION: The data processing system 1 is provided with: a terminal device 100 transmitting data to be processed; and a data processing part 300 which acquires via a network 200 the data transmitted by the terminal device 100, records the acquired data in a storage part 400 and monitors the storage part 400 to acquire and process the data recorded in the storage part 400.
