PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column packing for separating hemoglobins capable of measuring proteins in a short time with high precision and capable of enhancing the life of a column, a method for measuring hemoglobin A1c and abnormal hemoglobins using the column packing for separating hemoglobins, and a method for manufacturing the column packing for separating hemoglobins. SOLUTION: The column packing for separating hemoglobins is composed of crosslinked polymer particles obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture, containing a crosslinkable acrylic monomer and consisting of only an acrylic monomer and a crosslinked acrylic polymer layer having a cation-exchange group polymerized on the surfaces of the crosslinked polymer particles.
