PURPOSE: A display device and their channel searching method for eliminating an image signaling channel in which an abnormal image signal is received are provided to remove bad effect such as image degradation and image cutting off according to an image channel reception. CONSTITUTION: If an automatic channel search command is inputted from a user, a pre-stored channel map is initialized(S101-S102). In case a received broadcast signal is effective, the corresponding channel information is extracted from the received broadcast signal(S105). It determines whether the extracted channel information is registered in the same channel information(S106). |
