The invention relates to the field of medicine, specifically to issues relating to sex life, in particular to devices for individual use which are directed to the treatment of sexual dysfunction. The first embodiment is in the form of an elastic ring for slipping onto the penis with wedge-shaped, elongate segments arranged around the circumference along the central axis of the ring, which segments are capable of moving radially towards the central axis of the ring, preferably a thickened part, and provide for compression of the penis when said penis is fully introduced into the vagina, during which process the outer surface of the device is clamped to the external sexual organs of the woman and to the entrance to the vagina. The second embodiment is in the form of an artificial vagina with moving elements which ensure radial compression of the base of the penis when said penis is fully introduced into the device and can also have a device for short-term fixing in the compressed position. The aim of the invention is to strengthen and maintain an erection and to treat sexual dysfunction.
