<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium phosphate/collagen composite material having excellent bioabsorbability, bone forming capability, mechanical strength, and a nature similar to the autologous bone, and also to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: At least one of an aqueous solution of calcium salt and an aqueous solution of phosphate salt containing collagen includes phosphate ion. The method for producing a calcium phosphate/collagen composite material includes a solution preparation step S1 in which the aqueous solutions of calcium salt and of phosphate salt containing collagen are mixed to prepare a solution whose phosphate ion concentration to calcium ion concentration is lower than apatite precipitation concentration, and a precipitation step S2 in which β-tricalcium phosphate granules are added to the solution prepared in the solution preparation step S1 to neutralize the solution and to precipitate calcium phosphate and collagen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
