<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent useless circulation of cleaning liquid and to inhibit deterioration of the cleaning liquid. <P>SOLUTION: In the machine tool 1 including: a spindle head 6; a Z-axis moving device 5; an automatic tool changer 2 having a tool magazine 8 equipped with tool holding parts 38A holding tool holders 75 in a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction and a magazine motor 46 and capable of exchanging the tool holders 75 between the main spindle head 6 and the tool holding parts 38A; cleaning nozzles 81 ejecting the cleaning liquid cleaning the tool holder 75B newly mounted on the main spindle head 6 in exchanging the tool; and a cleaning liquid circuit 82, controlling is performed so that supply of the cleaning liquid to the cleaning nozzles 81 is stopped when rapid feed override is instructed by a keyboard 130 after supply of the cleaning liquid to the cleaning nozzles 81 is started, and that, when the rotational driving of the tool magazine 8 finishes thereafter and the main spindle head 6 starts to move from an ATC home position to a Z-axis home position, supply of the cleaning liquid to the cleaning nozzles 81 is restarted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
