<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a priority for controlling communication quality to data, without having to add a new mechanism for adding priority information to the data in a delivery device for layering data to be delivered and delivering the data by multicast. <P>SOLUTION: A delivery server 11 is connected to an IP multicast communication network 13 via an SVC proxy 12. The SVC proxy 12 reads out a hierarchical group address added to hierarchical data received from the delivery server 11 as destination information and discriminates the hierarchy of the hierarchical data, based on the hierarchical group address. The SVC proxy 12 adds a priority being set to be lower as a hierarchical level is higher to the hierarchical data, based on the discrimination result and transmits the hierarchical data added with the priority to the IP multicast communications network 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
