<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible container arbitrarily carrying a liquid and a solid cargo without the need of modifying a standard van type vehicle for use in transportation of a large amount of a liquid that has conventionally been carried out by such a specially equipped vehicle as a tank truck, to streamline logistics through elimination of unloaded operation and reduce CO2 discharge to realize a low carbon society. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid container forms containers 3A and 3C that can be loaded/unloaded. The container 3A and 3C are formed by disposing a caulking frame 8 on the top of a flexible container body 5A and a bending mechanism 16 on a trunk, and by disposing an automatic middle folding contracting means with a rigid frame 28 on a trapezoidal trunk 5B so that the containers 3A and 3C prevent shaking, follow a change in content volume, and accommodate a liquid up to almost the full capacity. The liquid container can be moved up and down without a need of modifying a truck, using a see-saw 37, thus available for carrying a liquid and a solid cargo. The flexible container trunk above a small or middle-sized sloped pan 44 is provided with the bending mechanism 16 to form a flexible container 3H allowing lateral holding and stacking.
