<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original plate of a lithographic printing plate which can record an image by means of laser, establishs a compatibility of successful on-machine development properties and resistance to plate wear, and has a high sensitivity, as well as a method for making this original plate. <P>SOLUTION: This original plate of the lithographic printing plate has an image recording layer containing (A) an infrared absorbent, (B) a radical polymerization initiator, (C) a radical polymerizable monomer, (D) a chemical compound with not less than 2 pieces of a mercapto group in one molecule and (E) a polymeric particle with a polyalkylene oxide segment, on an aluminum support with a roughened surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
