<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aid facilitating an operation for connecting a catheter to a chemical injection port and preventing the catheter from twisting, and to provide a chemical injection port with the aid. <P>SOLUTION: The aid 20 used when covering the stem 15 of the chemical injection port 11 by the proximal end part of the catheter 12 and attaching a catheter fixing member 13 to the outer periphery of the proximal end part is constituted of an aid body 21 and a pressurizing portion 22 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the aid body 21. Further, the aid body 21 is provided with an axial direction through groove 23 which has an outer peripheral side opening 23a of a width longer than the outer diameter of the catheter 12 and shorter than the outer diameter of the catheter fixing member 13 and is capable of passing the catheter 12 through the inside. Then, the pressurizing portion 22 is constituted of a roughly C-shaped flange portion along the outer peripheral surface of the aid body 21.
