<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component with high reliability that can secure sufficient strength of a projected conductor. <P>SOLUTION: On a capacitor principal surface of a ceramic capacitor, a plurality of external electrodes 111, 112 are arranged by forming a copper plating layer 152 on a surface of a metallized metal layer 151. Projected conductors 50 projected on the external electrodes 111, 112 are made of the same copper as the copper plating layer 152, and a maximum particle size of copper particles 157 forming the projected conductors 50 is larger than that of copper particles 156 forming the copper plating layer 152. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
