<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create a moving image having a desired file size or a recording time. <P>SOLUTION: This imaging device is provided with an imaging means for imaging moving images; a recording means for recording the moving image imaged by the imaging means; a setting means for setting a file size or recording time after recompression of the moving image recorded by the recording means; a range setting means for designating a range to be recompressed after imaging, when the moving image recorded by the recording means exceeds the file size or recording time set by the setting means; and a recompression means for recompressing the moving image data in the range designated by the range setting means at a predetermined compression rate; wherein a recompression designation range in an imaging scene is designated, when exceeding a file size or recording time that is previously set before imaging, and uploading to an image sharing server is allowed to be executed via a network, without executing complex edition operations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
