<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen filling apparatus mounted to a fuel cell motorcycle or a rocking tricycle for supplying hydrogen to a hydrogen filling opening from a hydrogen filling means when an operation handle is at a normal position. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell rocking tricycle 10, when a parking lever 206 comprising a parking mechanism 200 is rotatably operated, a cam plate 208 rocks. As a result, an arm 212 is rotated, and a cable 216 connected with the other end of the arm 212 is pulled. Accordingly, a hook 258 of a casing 250 which blocks the hydrogen filling opening 220 is rotated, and separated from a hook receiver 254 so as to open a lid 252.
