PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the disconnection of a cable electrically and freely movably connecting two housings which are connected with each other, and to attain cost reduction by reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: A fixed-side housing constituting a cellular phone includes detection sensors 114, 116, a cable guide member 118 and a cable cover member 400. The detection sensor 114, 116 detects a relative position of a movable-side housing, with respect to a fixed-side housing that shifts with mobility of the movable-side housing. The cable guide member 118 places another terminal side of a cable connecting its one terminal to the internal substrate of the movable-side housing and guides the other terminal side of the cable to an internal substrate 104 of the fixed-side housing. The cable cover member is locked to the cable guide member 118, while integrally including a cable-surrounding unit 410 surrounding the other terminal side of the cable, in cooperation with the cable guide member and a sensor holding unit 420 holding the detection sensors.
