PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch mechanism which achieves a stable switching operation regardless of clearance between a driven cam member and a driving cam member by improving a structure of sliding surface of the driven cam member and the driving cam member. SOLUTION: In a water supply switch 73, a leaf contact piece 731 is urged toward the driven cam member 55b. After being displaced by a convex cam portion 556, the leaf contact piece urges the convex cam portion 556 so as to rotate the driven cam member 55b earlier than the driving cam member 55a and return to the state before displacement. Between the driven cam member 55b and the driving cam member 55a, there is arranged a circular arc sliding surface 550 which includes a circular arc sliding recessed portion 554a having an arc angle of 180°or less and a circular arc sliding projection portion 552a having the same curvature radius as that of the circular arc sliding recessed portion 554a.
