PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handheld cutting device, or a cutout tool, being mainly used when cutting an adhesive such as a polyurethane adhesive. SOLUTION: The cutting device includes a front blade carrier 16, a rear handle provided with a gap from the carrier 16 and a blade 7 with a lubricating part for distributing a lubricant on the blade, wherein the handle and the carrier 16 are shiftable to each other, rendering the gear resettable.
