PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition useful as a white light emitting material. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains a diketopyrrolopyrrole compound, a condensed polycyclic aromatic compound, and a binder resin. The diketopyrrolopyrrole compound is a compound represented by formula (1); wherein a ring Z<SP>1</SP>is a benzene ring etc., R<SP>1</SP>is a 4-12C alkyl group etc., R<SP>2</SP>is a halogen atom, alkyl group, etc., and m is an integer of 0 or more.
