PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which prevents an oscillation frequency from being varied. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device is provided with: an element mounting member with a pair of two piezoelectric vibrating element mounting pads provided on its one principal surface; piezoelectric vibrating elements each mounted on the piezoelectric vibrating element mounting pad and provided with an exciting electrode; a cover for air-tightly sealing the piezoelectric vibrating element; and an insulated fulcrum bump provided across neighboring piezoelectric vibrating element mounting pads.
