The body (10) includes a lower portion (15) configured to operably couple to an opening of the container (50) and a top surface (20) includes at least one indentation (210) and a first orifice (60) for dispensing the liquid. The covering member (30) further includes at least one elongated side edge(35) for preventing excessive liquid from flowing out of the top surface (20) of the body (10) and at least one weight frame (45) coupled to the at least one elongated side edge (35). A pivot joint is formed between the at least one indentation (210) of the body (10) and at least one pivot bar (305) of the covering member (30).
