The pipeline element (10) has a thermoplastic outer layer (2) connected to a thermoplastic inner layer (1), where the inner and outer layers respectively include reinforcement elements (3, 4). The inner and outer layers completely cover the respective reinforcement elements. The inner layer is conically designed over a part of length of the pipeline element. A circular or elliptical opening cross-section of the pipeline element is constant over the part of the length of the pipeline element. The reinforcement elements are connected with each another by connecting elements (5, 6).
