The part has a double layer part (3) comprising a decoration layer (1) forming a view side (S), and a base layer (2) that is formed stably below the decoration layer. The decoration layer is made up of bending-resistant fiber composite material. The base layer is connected with the decoration layer by adhesive agent. A functional layer i.e. gated carrier body (4), is provided below the double layer part. The gated carrier body is provided with gated functional elements and/or fastening elements (5). An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a composite construction part.
