PURPOSE: A shaft supporting apparatus is provided to prevent the vibration of the uneven surface and an eccentricity of a rotary shaft by uniformly supporting the rotary shaft regardless of uneven surface and eccentricity. CONSTITUTION: A shaft supporting apparatus comprises a base, a support roller, a ring frame(10) and a rotational center aligning member(30). The support roller is installed on the base. The ring frame has a perfect circle-shaped outer peripheral surface(11a) and a rotary shaft through hole. The perfect circle-shaped outer peripheral surface is supported with the support roller to rotate. The rotary shaft passes through the rotary shaft through hole. One side of the rotational center aligning member is installed in the ring frame to make the rotation center of the rotary shaft accord with the central axis of the ring frame.
