<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver and digital broadcast display method, for switching a screen of GUI in accordance with a program being viewed. <P>SOLUTION: A GUI acquisition means of the digital broadcast receiver acquires information on a program-dedicated GUI program corresponding to a broadcast program from a GUI distribution server connected via a communication line. The information is stored in a GUI storage means for storing acquired program dedicated GUI programs. A GUI control means displays a program-dedicated GUI screen using the program-dedicated GUI program in accordance with the broadcast program, thereby automatically switching a screen of GUI in accordance with a program being viewed in the digital broadcast receiver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
