<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible radio communication system and transmission power control, taking into consideration the communication quality of both of the system and each mobile station as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: Suppression of increase of downlink interference wave and fluctuation of the interference wave in a cell, stabilization of the communication quality and improvement of throughput in the cell are provided by determining linear distance and the moving direction of a mobile station in a cell region with a base station, and suppressing the increase in downlink transmission power of the mobile station which keeps away from the base station to move to the vicinity of a cell region boundary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
