<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine and a washing machine whose washing performance and drying efficiency is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The washing and drying machine 1 includes: an outer tub 5 which is supported by vibration absorption and stores washing water or rinsing water; an inner tub 6 in which the laundry 19 is put and which is rotatably supported in the outer tub 5 and is rotary driven; a rotary blade 30 which is arranged in the bottom part of the inner tub 6 and is rotary driven; and a drying function of blowing warm air to the dehydrated laundry 19 containing moisture generated after dehydration in the inner tub 6 and drying it.
