<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an optically inclined film and the film which achieve the development of in-plane retardation in spite of thin thickness. <P>SOLUTION: A first thermoplastic resin composition 12 to be a core layer, and a second thermoplastic resin composition 12' and a third thermoplastic resin composition 12" to be skin layers are melt-extruded from a die 16. A melt-extruded molten material 12A is pinched/pressurized continuously by a touch roll 28 and a casting roll 18, which constitute a pinching/pressurizing device, and molded in the shape of a film. The pressure applied to the molten material 12A by the touch roll 28 and the casting roll 18 is 20-500 MPa. The Tg of the first thermoplastic resin composition 12 is lower by 0.5-50°C than those of the second thermoplastic resin composition 12" and the third thermoplastic resin composition 12". <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
