<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a date and hour for collecting articles closer to a desire of a client. <P>SOLUTION: A server device receives a request of cargo collection by the client as sound data via an operator terminal (S101, S102). The server device subsequently specifies a request content (a cargo collection place and the cargo collection desired date and hour, etc.) of the client by sound recognition processing (S103), executes primary decision processing based on the request content and schedule information on cargo collectors (S104) and selects a plurality of the cargo collectors being candidates for collecting cargoes. When the cargo collection desired date and hour comes, the server device receives actual condition information showing an actual status on the moving of the cargo collectors from a cargo collector terminal (S110), and executes secondary decision processing for narrowing down the candidates based on the actual status information (S111). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
