PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private branch exchange and a program for the private branch exchange, which allow a mobile communication terminal to use an extension special number function inexpensively. SOLUTION: The private branch exchange PBX is connected to a public network NW and a premise network, performs call connection concerning a plurality of telephone sets EX connected to the premise network. When a call is made from the mobile communication terminal connected to the public network NW to a dial-in number for an extension special number, the private branch exchange PBX refers to a telephone number storage part DB 2 that stores telephone numbers related to whether to permit use of the extension special number to determine whether input of the extension special number from a calling mobile communication terminal may be accepted, accepts the extension special number when it is determined that the input of the extension special number can be accepted, and performs processing corresponding to the extension special number to be input.
