PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gift certificate issuing device collecting more money of a desired denomination. SOLUTION: This gift certificate issuing device has a control part 21 making an input money number of each denomination and an input total money amount in one input to be stored in a gift certificate 35 or a storage means as unprocessed information when the input total money amount in the input does not reach a reference money amount value, and determining a premium money amount by a premium money amount determination means 30 at a time point when the input total money amount totaled in a plurality of inputs with respect to one gift certificate 35 becomes the reference money amount value based on the unprocessed information stored in the gift certificate 35 or the storage means.
